Dig Deep/Dream Big: Introduction to Unleashing

This 2-day workshop is for current and emerging change leaders in the non-profit sector who aspire to lead large-scale change but aren’t quite to the stage of designing or implementing it yet.

Like E.B. White, you want to save the world, but you’re not quite exactly sure how just yet. That’s where we come in. 

Dig Deep/Dream Big will help you:

  • DIG DEEP into your personal motivations as well as into the systems and structures that are underneath the problem you’re trying to solve.
  • DREAM BIG about your vision for what you most want to contribute in your life and come up with a quantifiable, time-bound aim and concrete next steps to get started. These are the building blocks of any large-scale change effort.
  • Understand what it will take for you to effectively lead large-scale change in your chosen area.

  • A two-day residential immersion training
  • Appropriate for current and emerging leaders in the non-profit sector who aspire to lead large-scale change
  • An introduction to our Model for Unleashing
